Step 1
Finding your software version.
Once found, select the correct retrofit kit accordingly.
Step 2
Verify your Firefly software is fully up to date.
Step 3
Install new software.
Step 4
Once installation of software is completed, be sure to change the selected HVAC option to “Gree” (Settings > Floorplan > HVAC)

• These files are not compatible with any AC system other than ECO-COOL.
• A Fee ($150 or more) will be imposed for any corrective services required if:
- The Incorrect Retrofit Kit is Selected
- The retrofit Kit is used for an AC system other than ECO-COOL.
• Remember to take a picture of the options selected & your floor plan before beginning the installation process
USB Requirements/Recommendations:
• Must Be USB 2.0 (16GB or Less)
• Format Must be FAT or FAT32
• Recommendation: USB2.0 with 8GB or less work best
Please note: If you would like the Premier Products team to install your new ECO-COOL at our Elkhart, Indiana installation facility, please choose the “pick up” option at checkout. Following this, a team member will reach out to coordinate a date and time for installation. A $450 installation fee will be billed upon completion at our facility.
